You can find tutorials for installing MO2 on YouTube, same for learning how to use it. Nexus also separates it's mods by game, with Skyrim LE mods in a second section from Skyrim SE mods. In my opinion it's the best Mod Manager for BGS games. It can be used for all sexual as well as non-sexual mods.
MO2 can be used for Oblivion, Skyrim (both Original & Special Edition), Fallout 3/NV/4. You need to get Mod Organizer 2 from Nexus. Such mods exist for TES IV Oblivion, and Fallout 4 as well. As far as I know Skyrim has the most, and widest variety, of sexual mods across multiple sites. Your best bets are The Elder Scrolls & Fallout games, especially Skyrim.
